Delivery

We process your order within 2 to a maximum of 14 business days after payment is credited. The lead time for a given order depends on product availability. We manage our raw material with respect and avoid overproduction – we sew as needed and have a small inventory. Products are cut and sewn by hand in a local manufactory. We pack them by hand and ship them to you immediately after receiving them from our master leatherworkers.

We send orders by InPost courier service or InPost parcel machines. The courier will deliver the package within 1 to 2 business days. We have no influence on delays caused by the carrier.

Returns

An individual has the right to return goods for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The store has the right to refuse to accept a return if the goods have defects, signs of use, do not have a set of tags, or if the return was made after the deadline. We do not accept goods returned by cash on delivery.

We encourage you to consider the carbon footprint of the return shipment. If in doubt about the choice of model or color, we are available [here]to advise you.

For those who prefer traditional printing, please notify the Store of your intention to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order by sending a message to shop@themarstore.com. The Store will confirm receipt of your request via email. The goods – unused, undamaged, and clean – along with the completed Returns Form [link] should be returned by courier within 14 calendar days since receiving to:

The funds due will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the Store. The refund will be made by the same payment method that was selected when placing the order.  Click here if you need support with the Klarna payment system.

To speed up and simplify the whole procedure, please return the purchased goods and then place a new order yourself.
